Application
In the past, measurements were often taken manually; today, automated positioning of the object to be measured or the measuring system is indispensable. This is usually done with motorized drives that perform the tasks fully or partially automatically with the help of a suitable control system.
Project examples
The customer-specific PCBs for LED lighting and camera control enable the realization of high-precision image and measurement results. The geometrically undefined objects are detected by defined travel paths of the battery-operated measuring head using a DOGA motor at variable speeds.
A modified standard controller for DC motors as well as an I/0 card and a stepper motor controller ensure the automated, precise movement of a test specimen (workpiece) by means of motors to variable measuring points on customer-specific test devices.
